All products, whether delivered digitally or by post are covered by our guarantee.
Should any item be defective, we will aim to replace it within 7 days.
Therefore, please notify us within 7 days of defect.
Products being sent by post will be delivered by Royal Mail, and you should allow 14 days from time of purchase to delivery or should you wish for Recorded Delivery, we can offer that for an additional price.
Any information collected by us in relation to your purchasing products or by joining our mailing list, will never be sold or used for any other purpose and will be held in a secure database.

Stories uploaded for reading online, will be sorted into categories suitable for the individual age ranges indicated in the members area.

All free stories uploaded become the property of GoodStories company, unless otherwise indicated on the file by the author.
Should you wish to have your stories published and sold by us, you must first become a member and agree to have a PayPal account, so that we can pay you your earnings.
You will receive a percentage of the selling price, normally 40% (this allows for marketing and web site costs). The percentage could vary depending upon how many words your story has.
Offensive material uploaded will be deleted immediately and not be published.
Anyone uploading stories will automatically receive our newsletter.
Payment for our aStore products, goes through Amazon’s very secure payment server.
Payment for our New Author products and for our member area, is via PayPal.
Neither purchase option registers payment details at this site.
